培养箱应用实际操作11个小技巧

1、生化培养箱在运送、检修、维护保养时，应防止撞击，晃动振动;zui大坡度低于45度。

4、不宜在高电压、大电流、强磁场等反常环境下使用生化培养箱，以免干扰损坏及发生危险。

5、箱里外应每天清洁，每一次应用结束理应开展清理。长期性无需应盖好塑胶防尘套，放到干躁房间内，另外，箱壁內胆和机器设备表层要常常檫拭，以清洁，提升夹层玻璃的清晰度。

5. The inside and outside of the box should be cleaned every day. Cleaning should be carried out at the end of each application. For a long time, it is not necessary to cover the plastic dust-proof cover and put it in the dry room. 6、尽可能地安装于空气清静，温度变化较小的地方，使用三脚插头，插座应妥善接地。

7、清理生化培养箱的那时候，用侵泡乙醇的沙布擦洗壳体内腔开展杀菌消毒杀菌，随后用干沙布将乙醇擦掉整洁。

8、经常注意气路有无漏气现象。

9、为确保冷却器合理地热管散热，冷却器与墙壁之间间距应超过100mm。壳体侧边需有50mm空隙，壳体顶端最少需有300mm室内空间。

10、严禁含有易挥发性化学溶剂，爆炸性气体和可燃性气体置于箱内;培养箱附近不可使用可燃性喷雾剂，以免电火花引燃。

11、停用，关掉总锁屏键，及机器设备后侧的电源总开关。
